If you ask people about me, they may tell you that I'm a quiet person. And it's true. I would usually rather listen than talk on and on about myself (ironic to have in an about section, I know). And while it may seem counter-intuitive, I believe that listening is the best way to lead. Learning from those around you is critical in order to discover creative solutions to problems; whether they're known or not. I also believe in better, not perfect. That means getting comfortable with rethinking and growing whenever it's needed.

Diversity and inclusion in advertising is an important part of my mission, whether it be for women, LGBTQ, people of color, and those with different perspectives. Listening, measuring, concepting, creating: none of it matters if your team doesn't represent those you are trying to talk to. I led an organization with this mission in college and was accepted into The Multicultural Advertising Intern Program two years in a row. No matter where I end up, I will always try to move the needle towards diversity. If you feel the same, contact me.
